AutoHire

AutoHire offers the ability to enhance the recruiting section of an organization’s current web site. It can also be used as a stand-alone site for organizations that have no current site. Through this ASP (application service provider) system, you can create a comprehensive "Career Center" for potential candidates, clients and internal hiring managers. This system provides the functionality of CareerShop’s job board in addition to many other features as summarized below.

AutoHire is actually two systems that integrate to present a single, cohesive Recruitment Automation System:

1. The Candidate can read about your company and benefits, view your job openings, apply for positions online, and enter criteria to have your matching jobs automatically emailed to them.
2. Hiring Managers receive the benefit of a complete back office system including job posting and distribution, a searchable resume database, candidate tracking and resume management tools and many other features that help administer and manage the hiring process. You also have the ability to provide these services to your clients allowing you to accept their job requisitions.
